COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Building Controls: Level 1 is an introduction class designed to provide students with an understanding of smart building controls and automation. The course will take a deeper dive into understanding a building and how it operates. The course will cover topics like inputs and outputs, control sequences, riser diagrams, communication protocols, the vitals and health of a building, unit point layouts, troubleshooting, PID loops, integration, and IT relating to BAS.
This class will be a 2-day live instructor-led session by Jackson Control’s Allan Cicci and supported by Stephen Heckler.
